Filthy as ever poor maintenance have to call 30 times for someone to come they inform you if they find a chip bag you will be fined however the trash leads from the trash compactor to the front entrance FILTHY

The location is great but some residents just don’t respect the property which is an awful thing. Management does everything they possibly can to keep property in a desirable state and it’s a pity that some residents just throw trash any and every where. They make it an eyesore

Don't do it! Every few weeks someone is getting shot and killed over there. The tenants leave trash everywhere, there is no grass just weeds, they don't make repairs, I could go on and on. I just moved my mother out of there and to a nice elderly community. Run for your life.
