I was living in village place for 3+ years and moved out this weekend. Rent is a bit steep now but that's just the economy. This was the best community that I've lived in since being on my own in WPB. Amy was the leasing agent that gave me a tour when I first moved there and she is part of the reason I signed a lease. She is super nice, always helpful and consistent. The maintenance staff are also the best! If anything needs repair, they are there same day or next day. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to live and it's close to everything

Amy was absolutely amazing from start to finish during the application and move in process! Professional and on top of everything! Thank you so much for helping my family find our new home! Looking forward to making an many new memories here! JUST PLEASE FIX THE MACHINES IN THE GYM. THEY'VE BEEN BROKEN FOR 6 MONTHS
