Terrible customer service and delivery. The driver asked me to walk a block away because his truck was double parked. DHL can't be serious, I know the package is heavy and it's pouring rain. Called customer service and was told I would still receive my package tonight. Called 10 minutes later and was told I would receive my package tomorrow 👎🏽. I only left a star because it's required to leave the review. You spend so much money on these packages only to have experiences like this when they are supposed to be delivered. Please do better DHL because your service is seriously lacking in all areas. This is the second time a driver does this by the way. Oh, I also got an email right after the driver called me with his bogus request and excuse saying that my package could not be delivered because they had the wrong address when it's clearly the right address which was confirmed by customer service when I called. The driver was aware of my address as well he just thought it was ok to ask me to walk a block away. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

You should call DHL. They will tell you which facility you can pick it up from and they will put a hold on it.
Yes, but call DHL by their 800 number first, and find out exactly in which DHL office or warehouse your package is, and its work hours. This can be different from what your delivery slip states.

Your delivery notice should say. Generally it's 8pm, though it may be later depending on volume.
