(Note: Review is about the application process, not the apartments themselves) I had a fine experience applying to HANA, Angelina gave a wonderful tour. It's clear the office is understaffed and/or underappreciated, and it is difficult to get in touch with them. Though honestly I didn't consider the application process to be that bad, all the documents required for the process make sense and it was clear along the way what was expected. The downside, which would've made this a 3 star review if not for how clear it is the office is having a hard time, is there was a drastic error somewhere along the way in my application, which lead the compliance team to think I made over twice as much as I currently do (they counted my last employer as current income on top of my current job). I imagined this would be an easy fix, to just remove the incorrect income (that I did not have listed as current income on my application), but apparently this was not possible and lead to my application being denied over information that is evidently not accurate (surely they could look at my bank statements that they have to see i don't make that much?). Anyway, incredibly disappointing as we were really interested in this place and are now concerned that if we apply to any other low-income housing the same problem would come up... It's not clear to me how this kind of thing couldn't be remedied

Had a tour with Angelina Nacke, she was very professional and friendly. She was answered every question I had before I asked them. She made feel the apartment was is already mine, this was my initial experience and it was awesome. Looking forward to a long relationship

Was well taken care of by the leasing team when inquiring about an available unit. Angelina gave a great tour and was very informative about the property and leasing process. I appreciated her thoroughness and loved the view of the property!

I had an amazing experience taking a tour of the Hana Apartments. Angelina Nacke did an amazing job walking me through the building as well as the application process. The building was pristine and each of the units were in great condition. Each of the units also maximize their usage of space and have plenty of storage room. If you're looking for a home, I recommend Hana Apartments.
