Nice location , management and staff are very cool , the only thing is this place is old , no diswasher no garbage disposal they don't even have compost bins..blk soot developing on walls near old outdated heaters , the constant flow of noise from traffic..I plan to move when lease is up..

Don't do it! Bed bugs and horrible management with worse ethics! I lost thousands due to mold and they basically restricted my use of the apartment i paid for and without compensating me...yes basically a constructive eviction because they rented it and it was an illegal unit. I bet they are renting it still...if person in it found out boy they could get some money for it now! They then sent me to collections YEARS after i moved because i left after they broke the lease. What a scam and a joke. When bedbugs broke out they told tenants to just put their buggy furniture on the curb because they didn't want to pay for disposal. So guess what...some was taken by people so their homes probably became infested and rest by city workers risking infestation to their homes. My friend lived there too and they screwed her over as well .
