I have been to plenty of ulta stores and no one has ever been as polite and kind like sandy. She took her time to explain all details of perfumes and which one is best for me based on what i told her i liked. I came for 1 perfume and ended up buying 3 ! She is one of those few people who will help you no matter how you are dressed. Thank you Sandy from South gate Azalea mall.

This place needs new workers Period !!! Workers are lazy...don't even try to help out customers.... And the managers are worst atleast the large Marge ones and others ...no people skills ...rude as hell I would never set foot back in this place ...what a big joke they are!!!

Staff was rude over the phone. Staff isn’t helpful either inside . All the reviews have had the same experience.
