DO NOT MOVE HERE! They currently have everyone in the NE tower stranded because they refuse to get the elevators fixed. They couldn't care any less that some residents have to walk 30+ floors and have forgotten that unable bodied humans/animals exist. The washers they have in all the units are very cheap and not durable. So good luck washing your bedding items. The maintenance guys are really nice and professional, however expect at least a week for them to actually get the issue fixed. People's cars constantly get broken into in the garage, and for $250 a month, that's a bummer. The security are completely useless when it comes to keeping it safe. There have been many residents that have reported suspicious people in the building, mainly men following women up to their apartments. Security once again, is useless. I truly do feel bad for those who just moved into the apartment. Get ready for your rent to go up by at least 30% when that renewal time comes around. Management only cares about your money. They couldn't care less about meeting your needs.

Don't stay here - the elevators break all the time trapping people, they've stopped cleaning common areas frequently, and packages are stolen all the time. Edit (3/22) - In the last week we've had to walk up and down 23 flights of stairs to get to our apartment multiple times due to the elevators being broken in the NE tower - this is in addition to having to wait 15+ mins when one elevator breaks which happens all the time. Please save yourself the money and hassle and skip renting here.

Leshan is the best!!! We came to see one apartment in the complex and Leshan listened to our requirements and chose the perfect apartments (six of them) for us to view! She even accompanied us at some apartments and attended us for more than 1 hour past 6pm. I am yet to lease an apartment here (soon!) but I can definitely vouch for their staff members, that they will go above and beyond for you.
