I lived here for 2 years. My experience was good! I will keep it concise. Hopefully this review can be one of the useful data points for whoever is considering this apartment. From my experience: pro: 1. professional team (Chris K, Chris R, Chris N, Rebecca, Jason ... they are all pleasant to work with, especially Chris K, who guided the tour and handled my case) 2. new apartment 3. convenient location con: Pretty much what you would expect living in Belltown 1. especially prior to COVID 19, This location IS NOISY. Is the apartment to blame? NO! 2. Safety? this is Belltown bro. I haven't experienced any unpleasant incidents myself. So better come and see for yourself so that you know if you would feel safe or not. 3. small parking space. You'd have to be good at parking your car and be careful to avoid getting bumped into pillars when you turn. 4. expensive, again this is Seattle, I'd say the market is competitive, so you get what you pay for. Lastly Luck is also a factor. When I came, I got a corner unit, but you know it's not always available. I do believe luck plays a significant part in everyone's renting experience and that's why everyone's review / comments vary or are completely different. Good Luck! Stay Safe!

O2 apartments are the go-to golden standard in Seattle. It is a beautiful building in a wonderful area of Belltown, but most of all - the staff are truly exceptional. They have been so kind to me throughout the process of finding the right home. I have toured many apartments in my extended search, and I am happy to call O2 home.

I have spent over a year here. The experience is amazing. The staff and the community managers here are very supportive to hear any concerns you may have and get it sorted. The place has many different activities and events for holiday. This is the best experience I have stayed in Seattle. I really enjoy the time here.

We lived here for a year and I enjoyed it a lot. We had a tour for about 10 apartments and chose O2 at last. We feel like it's a wise decision. Location: The biggest advantage of this apartment is the location. Close to everything and you can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and even your work place if you work in SLU just like me. Unit: We got a brand new unit (yes, nobody lives in the unit before) and we pretty like it. The hardwood floor make it easy to clean, a big refrigerator, beautiful drawers with nice finishes. One thing that needs to be mentioned is they have A/C in the unit, which is rare in other apartments. Price: Considering the location and it's a new apartment and , the price is good. Although I wish to have a bigger parking spot, I know parking here in the town is expensive. Management: The best thing that we like here is the management stuffs, both Chris, Rebecca, Jason, they are very friendly and help us in a timely manner. It's always a nice experience to see them and greet each other when you go to work in the morning. With them, the apartment is clean and things are organized. They also held some interesting events before COVID19. In summary, I'd definitely recommend people go by and take a tour of this apartment. Jay & Nichole.
