My experience was AWFUL, Terrible management , Very good products, with EXTREMELY RUDE and , arrogant service under the charge of manager Kenya and stuff. I have been coming to the store for many years always been a pleasure until now. The manager of the store, refused to sell me the battle of perfume, because I sprayed from the bottle that I was buying. I came to the store to get exactly that particular bottle of perfume. ( which I tested before). She considered that I was very rude to do so, based on some very strange policy. I really do not understand why I could not spray from the bottle that I was buying, just wanted to make sure the spray tip was working properly. She told me that I was rude , and refused to sell me the bottle. Well, I will survive without that bottle, there is Plenty of other better stores to choice from, there loss. As a customer , I will never ever come back to that particular store. 2 days in raw such an awful experience. The stuff made everything possible for me to never spend my money there ever again.
