Showed up for a confirmed appointment on Aug 26th @4:30PM. Waited around for 25 minutes using the call box while no one form leasing came to give us the tour...A big time waste 🤷🏾‍♂️.

While tenants are technically responsible for things like light bulbs and battery changes, we actually prefer to do it ourselves. If a tenant submits a maintenance request, even for when the tenant is at-fault, we'll do our best to maintain an exceptional home and safe environment.
