Lived here for about a year and a half and Chris and Carolina were always super kind, Ewon was the best and nicest maintenance guy anyone could ask for, the apartments were redone beautifully, and the community area was phenomenal. wouldn’t mind spending another year here, but moved for work :)

The team at Cooper has been very responsive and easy to work with. Also, the new clubhouse is a really nice space to work from or hang out.

I have lived here for 6 years and have been happy, but lately the inside hallways have not been shampooed and smells. I also am not happy with the excessive amounts of times that they need to enter my apartment. We are still in a pandemic and my apartment is the safest and cleanest place for me. And having multiple people in my space almost every other week threatens my safety.

I have lived here for a year and half and hope to remain for many more years to come. I have been particularly impressed with the new office staff--in particular, AJ and Justin--who have gone above and beyond to make sure their tenants are happy in their homes. When I've had concerns or needed adjustments to my apartment, they really listened and took action to help when they could've easily said no or blown me off. They are professional and respectful and hardworking and service-oriented, and I am glad they have taken over management of this property.
