Kozy’s is a wonderful bike shop with experienced and professional repair staff. As someone who likes to work on their own bike, I loved how easy it was to discuss which components were worn out and needed replacement vs which ones still were in good condition. My integrated freehub was toast after 5,000 miles, Kozy’s repair staff helped me select an affordable thru-axil wheelset that they installed while I waited. The repair job was quick, very reasonably priced, and they exceeded my expectations for their workmanship & customer service. Thanks so much!

Came in needing to have a bike rack installed and figured I'd ask them to adjust my brakes a little while I was there. I'd been having a pesky issue with my front brake being too tight that another bike shop had failed to fix and he got it working great! Mark, the mechanic, was amazing and super friendly. I hadn't realized my bike had so many little issues and Mark really took the time to fix them and explain them to me while he was installing my bike rack. He didn't even charge me extra for this even though it took longer to service it than he'd anticipated. At the end he also helped me adjust my bike seat to the correct height and filled up my tires for me. All of this ran me like $50, including the price of parts! I'm super satisfied. I rode away feeling like I was flying compared to how it felt to ride over there, my bike is back in great shape now!
