I have been to this store only a few times, but it has just become my main bike shop. The first time I went here was after a bike accident on the way to work. They fixed my bent fork and totaled tire/rim, and I felt like they did a good job and my bike was returned in better condition than before the accident. I have been in the store a couple times to shop for accessories and look at the bike selection, and ended up switching to a different bike shop back in 2020, just because I was looking for a new bike and there were not a lot of bikes in stock anywhere at the time. After going back to this different shop for a tune-up last week, the things I wanted to be looked at were ignored, and the bike was returned to me with more issues than it had before I brought it in, and the squeaky pedals I was concerned about were not addressed. I took my bike in to Kozy's to fix the persisting squeak, and embarrassingly it just needed chain oil. The person who oiled my chain did it for free, and did not look judgmental over the fact that I had brought my bike in for a fix that I could have done easily at home. The staff were all very friendly here, which was a welcome change from the other store I had been to a week prior. I plan to bring my wife's bike here for her tune-up soon, I am not messing with other stores any more. I know that if any additional repairs are needed, I will get a fair estimate and price, because all of the potential itemized costs are listed directly on their website.

I was interesting in the Cannondale bikes and had a few in mind, After test riding the Synapse and CADD. I knew I wanted a road bike with an more aero position and decided on getting a SuperSix Evo Carbon 105. Unfortunately they did not have model I was looking for but that is understandable due to the bike shortage currently. I was able to get the bike shipped to me from another dealer however I knew there were some issues after a short ride. The rear derailleur hanger was bent, disc brakes were also slightly bent and headset had to be adjusted. thankfully Jeff and the staff and Kozy's got me back on the bike same day.
