I would like to say when I first got accepted an apartment to rent at Redstone Ranch in Greenvally Ranch located in Denver co. It was a warm friendly environment. However a lot has changed I'm not happy with my service at Redstone Ranch I've been there over a year and I have yet to use any of the amenities I was given a white key card that did not work I went back to the office several times last year 2021 and at that time they told me they would working on the key cording system. However at that time the pools was closed due to maintenance or water regulations what have you I'm not sure the gym was closed couldn't get in the gym because my card wouldn't work. Upon returning to the office to revisit my card situation not working to get into the amenities such as pool or the weight room. I was told that management was the only one that could fix the card problem with that said I said okay well I'm going to leave my card here and when they come in please just have them fix it and I will pick it up later. Well needless to say my bad I did not go back and pick up that card until this year when I went back omg a whole new staff I was told that there was no notes in the computer that I return my card I said okay so I paid $50 for a new card. Hance same problem I had back in May of 2021 my card doesn't work again. Here It is June of 2022 so I go back to the office and tell them hey my card is not working to use the pool or the exercise room the leasing agent take my card goes into the manager Office returns promptly back and tell me oh we don't have time to fix it right now!!! Guys come on. I am over it somebody give me some advice 🙄. Sincerely Donna

Moved in Redstone Ranch in November 2016 and moved out in 2021. Overall my experience was a great one. Any issues or concerns were addressed promptly. There were a few hiccups in the end but overall it was a great apartment complex to live in.

If I could rate these apartments a ZERO I absolutely would. I’ve only been living here for 2 1/2 weeks and the service is so horrible!! Starting off with how they failed to tell us that we were moving into a handicap unit without letting us know before and their excuse was “well you applied for this apartment and there is nothing we can do about it now” - when we did the walk through we asked them if we were getting that similar apartment and they said yes, they never mentioned it was a handicap unit. Not to mention how RUDE the women in the office are, they are not accommodating at all and give attitude when you bring up these maintenance issues. Under our sink it’s completely bare and you can see the entire sink. We have had our dryer broken since we moved in and they said they fixed it but nothing happened. Our master bedroom sink is broken and no one has come to fix it. Do not, and I mean DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS.

Laura M, the assistant Property Manager is so helpful friendly and knows her job. She was so willing to go out of her way to help. So far all of the staff member are friendly and helpful!.. I will update you in 14mos

The hours are always the same, 10-10, but many people choose not to follow the rules. There should be a security service that comes through at night, however if this continues to happen, you can call the Denver Police District #5 non emergency line. They are the closest station, and can send someone to escort people out of the pool.
