Used to be a nice place to live, now maintenance is a thing of the past and management is never available. I won't get into the wave of eviction notices that just appeared one day on everyone's door. I'll come back and edit if things change..

I walked in and no one was there but a lady to your left. And she said how can i help u? I asked her for a 1 bedroom and she said we have no apartments available. Even though the website and zillow shows a good number of apartments available!

This is not a good place to live. It is too expensive and a health hazard. The amount of problems here are unbelievably draining no peace of mind or peace not to mention poor plumbing. I gave a 10 day demand notice in November to fix everything but nothing has been touched by maintenance. Not worth the money or trouble.

This is a decent place to live but the trash situation is disgusting. It looks like this on a regular basis. The bins are often overflowing, people dispose of large pieces of furniture that just sit there for days and weeks on end, the bins don’t get put back in the right spots (then blocking parking, which is very limited), trash blows all over the parking lot after animals rip the bags open. They clearly don’t care.
