The maintenance team has been nothing but amazing on point and super friendly. They know how to get the job done. I am so appreciative for how fast they work, and how nice this group of men are. The heart of this apartment complex is the maintenance workers who assure every tenant is living comfortably. Great job if I could give 10 stars I would.

Amazing place to live! We moved to Denver from Wisconsin and looked at dozens of other properties. Denizen apartments have the best apartments, best amenities, and best location. The office staff and maintenance team are incredibly attentive and lovely individuals. Would highly recommend choose Denizen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the place to live. No joke. Best apartment complex in Colorado. Andrea was so helpful with my move in. The rest of the Denizen staff is amazing! The hallways are always so fresh and so clean clean. It has a gym, mail room, pool table, shuffle board, patio, fire pit, and online rent pay/maintenance requests. I barely hear my neighbors. Quiet, peaceful, and friendly community! What more could you ask for?

Hi there! All utilities are individually submetered, so it would be based on your usage, but our bills do tend to be lower than many other non-LEED buildings in the area. For a studio we would say between $50-85 (summer months being more), a 1 bedroom being between $65-125, and a 2 bedroom between $100-200.
