If you are looking to stay at an unexpensive place , just to save money towards your next place , DON’T DO IT! You will regret it TREMENDOUSLY! Pay a little extra more and find a safer place to live * The walls are paper thin, There are fights there almost every night, cops were called almost every weekend, people breaking leases left to right , nightmare crazy tenants , Heads up! You’ll need a permit for a gun or spray to protect yourself, This is how bad this place is , you can call management and tell them what’s going on, it won’t matter!!! They don’t care, as long as you pay your rent? Ridiculous! I saw a crazy man taping people on his cellphone , following couples around and instigating fights over dogs and just auto flipped situations into racial debates so he can post on Facebook or tiktok . No one should have to live in this conditions, not secured , Take a tour around 6:00 pm , I can assure you, you won’t be back, It’s not safe! If you really have to, find a roommate and get a permit * I hope you don’t get that couple that has domestic fights nightly! So loud , you’ll be too afraid to call the social services, they’ll come after you. If you have kids , not a place for a family. Try a background check or look for register felons (you’ll find red dots all around that area I’m sure ) Don’t say I didn’t warn you. ( the roaches were not the biggest problem there , Trust me! )

Management has no clue how to run this place. Hardly ever get notifications about anything. I just found out that we have to go to pay our rent. Their Internet is all messed up! We have to go out of our way to pay the rent. Instead of taking checks or money orders. Who knows when they will have they Internet will be fixed. Really check doors floors that are peeling up. They won’t fixed anything.

I only lived at Estrella Apartment homes for one year, but my experience was terrible and would recommend everyone stay far away from this apartment complex. - The first day I moved in, my closet broke and I wasn't able to use it for like a week. - I didn't have internet for two months because they were storing refrigerators which prohibited access to the wiring Century Link uses to set up internet and refused to move them despite several in-person visits to the office and phone calls between the two parties. - I faced a myriad of issues with pests: specifically black biting flies and german cockroaches for the duration of my lease. They had to treat the entire building for roaches during my stay and the roaches still came back, which they did nothing about (probably not even after I moved out to be honest). - I also experienced a variety of maintenance issues such as a non-functional thermostat and water issues that took way too long to resolve - The laundry machines were never functional so I had to go to a laundromat. - The front office was frankly never very helpful and always rude just when I asked for help with these issues And I am still dealing with this apartment complex two years after leaving. I was charged outrageous move out costs around cleaning and other costs that left me with owing them rather than them giving me my deposits back (which I have gotten back at every other apartment I've lived in). I tried to appeal the charges but they were irresponsive after several months of reaching out, even when I dropped off my appeal in person to them. I finally tried to just pay them to avoid trouble down the road by having my bank send them a check, which they never cashed and got returned to me. I've spent the last two years trying to pay them and they only every provided a response after I sent a dispute to Experian. Run far far away, as fast as you can.

I’ve lived here for a few months now and I have cockroaches coming out of my pipes in my bathroom almost every day now! BE AWARE OF THIS COMPLEX! Also, maintenance comes in your apartment without notice or without me requesting work to be done! I just filled a police report today with the Adam’s County Sheriffs office. I’ll be taking Estrella to court!
