The apartment was OK. But beware during move out they will nickel and dime you. They basically will take your entire security deposit to "paint and clean" an apartment that was left with no issues.

TL;DR: Too many problems, many security issues, greedy and rude management, not worth your money at all!! I'm living in my apartment at Olympus for more than a year now and even though apartment is spacious and location is amazing, my experience here is not that good. Since I moved into Olympus Apartments, I have always faced issues with the services provided by the apartment. One of the elevators in my tower is off/under maintenance for many months and the second one just stopped working many times. I have lost multiple packages from the locker room which is always open to everyone. There were many issues with the parking lot doors and multiple break-ins. We pay a considerable amount every month for a parking spot yet management clearly says that they are not responsible for security. And whenever I talked with concierge people or leasing people or the manager, they are always rude to me and refuse to talk about problems saying "we are not responsible for the building". I feel the apartment management is just taking advantage of the location and charge for very high rent. But don't expect for good services here. It's not worth the high rent they ask you to pay. One star is the best I can give. Edit: They have started locking delivery package doors yet other problems are still there. There are now barely any cleaning efforts anywhere other than the main lobby. Every week I see many complaints on their my Equity website. Even though the property management has recently changed, I don't see ant substantial efforts being taken to resolve many existing issues.

Original review is below, however I will say that the (new) community manager got in touch with me pretty much immediately and sorted the entire situation out after looking up our records. Apparently the old manager left during Covid so my attempts to reach him went into the ether. Overall a nice place to live. It is VERY quiet which we valued a lot. Out in the hallway we could hear neighbors laughing, talking, having fun and parties but dead silence inside our apartment. Always easy to sleep and relax. The package locker situation is not always great. It seemed to go down a lot, and most packages end up crammed into the largest locker which you sometimes have to completely unpack and repack. We haven't ever had anything go missing or get stolen, just not as convenient as when the concierges took them in and sent notices. The gym is nice and usually empty enough you can do whatever you want. I liked the courtyard in the summers and the easy access to the waterfront. --- Lived here for three years with no problems... until we moved out. They INEXPLICABLY claim they "sent" our deposit refund check to our new address, but in California instead of Seattle. Absolutely no response to me e-mailing them. We moved during the pandemic, so no options for in person. Given the costs of living in the building, this is thousands of dollars they have absconded with.

My husband and I really love our apartment at the Olympus. Although the rent is pricey, the view and location are amazing. I can see Mount Ranier and Puget Sound from my kitchen window! Unbelievable! There is a gym in the building with new equiptment, as well as a courtyard with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the greenery and beautiful flowers. The building is clean and well-kept and does allow pets. We are close to everything, including the Sculpture Park, which is great for walking, running, biking, enjoying nature and so much more. Freddie, the senior leasing consultant, as well as Cliff, the community manager are both wonderful and always there to help us if we have questions or concerns. A big shout out to Eric, one of the engineers of the building, who does repair with a smile! He is a big asset to Olympus and we are happy whenever we see him! Also, Ray, Jazmin, Nick, Dee and Sinan have been extremely helpful with repairs. At the concierge desk, Lexi and Brian are always super professional and willing to help. In summary, if you are needing to be close to downtown Seattle, this is the perfect location in a well-run building with a spectacular view of the city. Thank you, Olympus!
