My iced latte was pretty good. However, one of the employees was so incredibly rude and snotty to myself and my friend over her food allergies. The young man who started the order was super helpful and explained why the modifications made it not as good as it could be. The girl who took over was obviously inconvienced by my friends banana allergy, and then acted personally insulted when she didn’t like it and began to question the taste. The woman who made it was careful to accommodate her, and for that I’m grateful. Cute spot, but I won’t be back because of the poor treatment she received.

Food was 5 stars, super fresh, yummy and beautifully presented. Atmosphere is laid back and fun to look at, plus their merchandise is cool and clothing is super soft. Customer service was 3 stars; out of the 4 people I worked with only one of them was pleasant. So, meeting in the middle at 4 stars.

Today Saturday and last other two, we make orders online and customize our acái’s, they seem to not read the order and ALWAYS make it wrong. When we got there two girls where just chatting and took forever to remake our order.
