While I'm really enjoying the apartment and the amenities, and I appreciate everyone who works in the building for being so nice all the time, I've had a terrible experience because of Fetch since day one. They don't deliver my packages on time and also lose them. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the package service in this building. If someone asked me if I would recommend the Met Tower as a place to live, I would honestly say no. I already complained to the manager but the situation remains the same.

The building uses a delivery service called Fetch to store and deliver packages to our units. I have waited more than two weeks since my furniture was delivered to Fetch with two no-show deliveries that took up a 4 hour weekend window each. And 500 dollars worth of items in limbo, in a constant "out for delivery" state. The building itself is great, but hard to enjoy it when there are no furnitures to use. Will update review if the building stop using Fetch.

I am so glad me and my husband chose The Met tower apartments. The staff perfectly embodies 'Customer First’ approach. The building is beautiful with great amenities. The pool (very rare in downtown), SPA, cozy lounge, and gym everything here is just perfect. Each month Met tower plans super fun events in the lounge or door drop deliveries, this month on Valentine’s Day we received a pack of delicious chocolates and a apple cider bottle 😍 So far I'm loving the experience at Met Tower, and I'd highly recommend it for downtown folks looking for cozy and quality apartment. My fiance and I moved into The Met Tower a little over 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Yes, the building is beautiful with great amenities. And the terrace is a perfect place to be outside. It's centrally located, right in the middle of downtown. The building and surrounding area are full of different people in all different walks of life. However, the staff at Met Tower are why I'm writing this review. All of these folks have gone above and beyond helping us out through the process of moving in. We chose to live at The Met sight unseen and got to exchange information with the staff promptly via email, text, phone, and even FaceTime. Everyone was always very positive and eager to help. I am still grateful for how smoothly everything went with the apartment and for making the decision to live here in the first place! *****
