I lived here for one year and the first 6 months were amazing because the community manager (Brittney Ayshford) ran the front office and was remarkable. Brittney went the extra mile to take care of residents and provided top notch service. Unfortunately, community managers come and go and Brittney is no longer there. There has also been 100% turnover in the front office staff and maintenance crew since then. The last half of my lease here was not so good and I had some truly horrific experiences (typical bad landlord type situations). It's a non-smoking building but I consistently smelled cigarette smoke while inside my unit. Cleanliness of the building has been lacking. No one wants the hassle of moving, but I chose that hassle because the building was no longer being taken care of, residents weren't being taken care of, and even now am still being penalized on my security deposit for no good reason (which I will report to Seattle's Department of Construction & Inspection). Don't expect to get any of your security deposit back. Property management makes or breaks your experience anywhere you live. Make sure you choose a good manager.

This is a long one, buckle up: So there is a ton i have to say about this place and the staff here. I had to search for an apartment only by what i saw online from a 1,000 mi away...Jordan was great and helped me every step of the way. When i got here the place wasnt as big as expected (to no fault of theirs) they saw the concern on my face and jumped into action, Jordan grabbed her keys and showed me a few other units, she did everything in her power to make it right, and she did. Unfortunately my move in hit a mechanical snafu (again no fault of hers) but the staff made it right and made my move in process easier! Then parking in the garage my rooftop tent became stuck on the water pipes in the garage 🥸...i was a officially stuck, but as i apologized over and over these women went to work and we got it out, talk about a dynamic trio! So, i'm new to Seattle and they helped me every step of the way. I recommend this place...every place ive lived had some issue (loud neighbors etc) no place is perfect, but if you have a management staff that cares, well that speaks volumes. Too bad there is no option for a sixth star. 😀

Pros: The apartment gym is well stocked. The roof has a great view of the space needle and the bbqs and hibachi grills are nice. The dog area is large. The pet grooming room is very nice - I have my dog groomer come there and it’s so convenient. The apartment units are well insulated for both heat and sound. The appliances are nice and having AC is suuuch a luxury. The AC unit is probably my favorite unique thing. The complex has a whole is fairly quiet. Maintenance requests are handled so quickly! Location is also convenient to multiple coffee shops and fast casual food. Cons: Amenity rooms now cost over $200 to reserve when a few months ago it was free. Visitor parking costs $10 a day, again used to be free. In addition, rent went up exorbitantly, so overall value really diminished. The pet area needs more frequent enzymatic cleaning.

Edit 4/28: yet another break-in for our storage unit. The building has been aware of this problem since December and done nothing. I added a photo below of this. Instead of calling to let us know this time, they just sent a building-wide email. Sounds like cars have been broken into, as well. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Cannot wait to move out of this building. The community has gone significantly down hill since the last manager left earlier this year. We are at the point where we have to put in weekly request for very basic things - like the dog area trash being emptied. Also our storage unit was broken into twice with no real response from management. Would give everyone a ton of caution before moving in.

I am considering this apartments to move into. However, when I went to visit, it seemed that cleanliness was lacking. I am wondering if residents expirince this?

It's usually pretty clean unless there is construction work being done.
