I had a package that I needed by a specific date that was undeliverable because it arrived damaged. When I called Amazon customer service this morning, I was met by an operator that showed zero desire to help solve my issue. I have to call escalated to a supervisor who literally said, "oh my goodness, I don't have time to deal with this." and hung up on me. I have been prime member for over a decade and have spent well over $30,000 on Amazon. Is this really the way I should be treated as a customer?

I have been a Prime customer for years and have always been happy with my deliveries. Lately, most of my deliveries are not showing up on the day promised and show up several days later if at all. These appear to ONLY be the deliveries that Amazon delivers themselves. All UPS and USPS orders from Amazon show up as promised. Amazon- you need to get your stuff together or I will be canceling my Prime membership

I've enjoyed the conveniences of Amazon Prime for the past few years. However - I had an issue arise that was very upsetting. I tried to file a complaint with no luck. I tried a chat - I was transferred to three different people with no regard for my complaint. They kept asking inane questions. I think Amazon has gotten too big and they really don't care about the customer. Absolutely dreadful customer service. I have canceled Amazon Prime and will happily shop at local stores and businesses for our family. At least I'll be appreciated as a customer.

Regarding prime membership I’ve been a member for many years since it cost $79 I think but Friday night when I saw Coldplay live stream from Seattle that was the best value added to membership ever! To live stream at home versus paying hundreds for tickets and driving hundred miles each way and parking etc. Amazon prime membership is the best. I’ve never had trouble with returns or missing Packages. And rarel need to use customer service and sometimes that is hit or miss it I think the people just Google the issue and I can do that myself.

Their customer service from a customer standpoint is mediocre at best. Most representatives are friendly. As a seller on their platform, you mean ZERO to them and they don't make mistakes, you do and you had better admit to it, guilty or not. Responses if you get one have taken over 4 months as a seller. Stay away from Amazon.

I agree with you! I am ready to cancel my amazon prime membership that I’ve had for years now because of the issue I had cancelling an order. I have had the worst and I mean the worst customer service. Its been 8 days 6 customer service and 1 manager later and the issue still hasnt been resolved. Not only that I posted a review about it and Amazon considered it not within their guidelines so they wont post it. As a customer I’ve lost all faith in Amazon because of this ordeal. I am giving this manager one more chance if she doesn’t reslove this issue I am taking my business elsewhere.

Amazon sucks. My account has been locked for over a month due to suspected fraud. Even when I told them I in fact made the order/purchase, I still get the run around. If not resolved soon, I will sue. I also want a credit on my Prime Membership

You can contact Amazon through chat and request USA its about a 50 percent chance theyll lie and say not possible, 25 percent chance theyll put you on hold until u hang up or they hang up or ignore the question, 15 percent chance theyll connect with a supervisor, and about 10 percent chance connected to usa
Firstly, you will need to contact your card's financial institution, who will allow you 'the cardholder' to identify yourself to them, if this goes well, then they may offer you a new card in lieu of changing your forgotten password! As far as charitable donations, these if after everything else is confirmed, are listed under the my account tab!
I know this first hand! Happened last night.. prolly gonna loose my job because I had 5 points and came in and tried to work through my pain, until I was crying. I knew I wasn't gonna make it. So I asked the supervisor what is it that I can do so I don't get a point. She gets her manager and he tells me well I can risk loosing my job and go home or try to stick it out. I'm crying in his face and he tells me other than that there's nothing I can do for you. Even tho he said they have a nurse on sight be but for ON SIGHT INJURES ONLY. So I left.. and half of the point I got ain't even my fault. Got time stand proof that I was still stuck in traffic and they only excused 1 hour and 30 minutes and I was 15 minutes over that. Car got towed on my overtime days and had to leave early to find out what happened to my car and then couldn't come the next day cuz I had to get the money to get it back. Amazon is more worried about points then what's going on with their employees.. it's really crazy
No one. All decisions on hub placements are based on logistics and location, as they relate to other locations. Everything is a variable in placement... Sales... Tax breaks... Etc. You however, are not one of these variables.
Can I be honest with you I am a current employee at Amazon PLEASE for the love of everything right do not request another building they don't respect us and it's a mentally I'm grueling job they do not like to promote particular races they move you around they will fire you if you talk about a union they cut a lot of our benefits we make less than a lot of other companies please please reconsider

Check out other platforms besides Amazon. Oligopoly is the end of capitalism. One conglomerate runs global economy creates several problems, especially socially, economically, and professional ethically. Shop locally and support local merchants. Open AMERICA.
Take the issue to Amazon top executives. Support local merchants and boycott Purchases through Amazon and all their affiliated vendors. There are lots of other platforms for online shopping. Amazon with AWS is pretty much running the country and global economy and politics. We, middle class AMERICANS, ALL should come together and prevent mergers of conglomerates.

There is no reason that should happen. Emails are insufficient. Amazon would not be happy about that. It hurts their image. Call them. Start with a customer service rep then talk to a supervisor. Remember to ask the name of the representative and supervisor to include that in your feedback.

I am having the same issue! my account has been placed on Hold for almost 2 weeks now and I cannot get someone on the phone to explain why! I called and emailed almost 10 times and still have not got a response back. Any luck on your end? If so, what did you do to get back in?

They generally outsource the customer call service to India where they will pay less than half of the salary what they will have to pay in US based call center service. It's better to get acquainted with multiple accents because world is get more and more connected.

They probably can if you provide as much identifying information as possible. Dates, logs, etc It may take until Monday (Seattle hours 😉). Unless you're about to be charged, I'd wait for the pros. They can credit your card even if it does charge, just takes 5-10 days.

I'm so sorry for your experience! Something similar happened to me a few hours ago. Amazon cleared it up in 5 minutes. Have ALL information ready like photos, time of order, numbers, email, etc This helps them pinpoint it. My customer representative even looked at the customer reviews to see if others had issues! MONEY BACK FAST! Considering I've been using online since the 1990a, there are soooo many places ( #Verizon) I could rant about but Amazon has always worked with any issues I've had. Just say your truth that and you feet that you need to talk to whoever is in charge of the that department because you've exhausted your resources. All smart businesses want to keep customers. Log in to your Amazon account and up in the top left or right there are Four small short lines. Press account and slot of different categories will come up. Change the account or payment method. Took me a long time. I canceled once received confirmation and printed it but is still coming out of my acvount. Just resubmitted it and will give copy to the bank as they are still continuing to stop automatic deductions from my bank. Good luck
