They lost an item I sent in a return box, and blamed it on me. Even though they have record of the item being recieved. Mail fraud. Will never use one of their products again.

When an Amazon purchase has led to your Visa debit account being charged 2x (3 days apart) for the same $79 purchase, and the Customer ‘Care’ (now that’s funny) team and her Supervisor, ‘Lydia’ says, “sorry we didn’t take the money twice… call your bank?!?! While most of my purchases yes are ok and NORMALLY things are handled professionally if they’re not, but… NOT this time! I guess it’s time to cancel my auto shipments, and kill the PRIME membership. Anyone in the customer service industry needs to at least be respectful of EVERY customer… not blow them off like Lydia just did to me!! Bye, bye Prime!

My Amazon prime order, a used book, had delivery date changed as soon as I hit the complete order button. 20 days longer than advertised, and was sent USPS instead of UPS. Why am I paying for Prime? Ripoff. Neither did it give the option to pay more for faster shipping. Liars.
