Will be visiting soon! Been very proud to be a member of Big Fish Games for years now! Being a Seattlelite away from home. I cancelled my membership and restarted it YEARS later, with the same email and the games i bought, with that email? Still there! Since Google is being attacked by Microsoft now (& Microsoft's Military friends) maybe my beloved Big Fish can do Customer Service again? (Consider a Community forum, where people like me, will help those who are not agents of tech warfare (hmmm, interesting RPG that would be! Tv show too! (I TOTALLY feel your pain BigFish)(and mom complaining about her son? Have you heard the word LAWYERS? IF what you claim is true...then you wouldn't impede your case, by mentioning it here! )

Located right next to the ferry terminal in Seattle, they are responsible for entertaining me with my very favorite game of all time, Gummy Drop. The customer service is fantastic

The "director of marketing" stole my sons drawing and used them in their newest game, Evermerge. I have it on record that he was given credit but then removed because the director of marketing was dumped by the father of my children. She promised a trust with $300k. I would love to speak to someone but it is almost impossible to reach a live person at that company.

Super friendly peeps. I would love to take my students to visit Big Fish as a field trip. So many great things to see for my future game engineers and aspiring graphic designers.

https://bigfishgames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us Hi Arey. The best place to receive help for your games from Big Fish is at the link above.
You should contact customer support. Their information is on the big fish website.
You should submit a help requires in their system, so they can look into it better -- https://bigfishgames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
You will want to contact customer support. You can do that from the website.
If you used facebook or bigfish to authenticate your account, there will be an option to sign in from the options menu after you complete the tutorial on the new ipad. If you didnt authenticate, you have 2 options... First, authenticate on the old device or, submit a ticket to customer support from the new device and they can help you get your account data back.
There will be a customer support link on the main big fish site. Let them know the issue you are facing, and they should get you taken care of.
Usually, the Customer Support team responds to tickets within 72 hours (at least, in my experience). If they haven't gotten back to you, it would be worth contacting Apple, Google or Amazon (depending on which platform you made the purchases on) and ask them for a refund.
Amazon or ebay are probably your best bet.
