Waited to add $ to my card, but now I can do it all online, love it! Buses are my insurance, when all else fails. In Boston, bus, train, streetcars- every day, every where. W Seattle loses it's bridge so why did you stop most of the buses?😱

Friendly had all my questions answered, especially being a visitor. If ever in Seattle get the orca card, there's so much transportation and bus intervals are 5-10 min . Going around with uber gets expensive quick.

Really helpful and professional services. Had to replace my Orca card and wasn't sure what to expect but they were nice. You can also pick up route info brochures here for all the Metro routes.

On 0208/2021 I visited the orca offices at I met a lady called Claudia, oh my God what a nice, polite, descent lady she was. She served me so well that I was lost of words. My humble request Claudia keep up the good work and God will surely bless you. To metro keep employing and recognising such employees.

Can I add cash to my reduced orca card on the weekend?
If your card is registered, go online to the website on the card. Or just use it on the bus, and your balance will appear on the card scanner that you tap your card on.
It would be better if you were to go online and Google that location and locations where are Orca cards are sold.
Dude it's easy best to have a credit card or debit card just so you have receipt
You should go to their website and set up an account. There you can verify your deposit into your ORCA card. And also set up an automatic payment when your card gets low on money.
Call Orca for assistance.
The first thing you should have done WANGLI M, is call ORCA and not ask this question on this webpage. Like the other person already said someone most likely already used the card, but let's hope the balance is full so call ORCA. 8-P
Wouldn't you want to call or go directly to their office with that same question? You may be able to search on their website.
Time to slow down, sure they have hefty ticket for that one if ya get caught ,,
Call orca
Go online or call or visit the office
No, call orca office listed on this site
Just about any Safeway, some QFC, Orca office, online or by phone, call orca office and at some transit centers, there are machines.
the monthly PugetPass fees can't be refund or transfer. you can transfer the EPurse to other card . anyway try to call the c.care 1-888-988-6722 and describe how accidentally happen .
You can get a Regional Refuced Fare Permit if you are. You'll require proof of it, at the office of course. But as to the normal cards, no they are not. They're for anyone.
Yes. You need to register your orca card onlone and then renew
If it is a Hopelink card just call hopelink and request a new one. It's takes 7 to 10 business days. If it's any other I believe you hot to the office on Jackson st you can find the details you need on Maps App.
I want to add more money to the card. Where ?
Orca has nothing to do with cabs, only buses and link, ferries.
You can. You have to register your Orca card, on their site, then you can add money.
