****** Update on my review - I came home today and discovered the 2 shirts in my mail! I was so surprised. I saw the google response and I appreciate the feedback. My suggestion is to send confirmation emails. I had no email confirming my order and I couldn't find a phone number to call. Better communication - I am very happy with the product. I tried placing an order in May and never heard from them. I thought I made a mistake, so I placed a second order in June. No news, so I went to check my order and is says "canceled" but I have no way to get a hold of the company. The orange "chat button" doesn't work. I hope my credit card was not charged. I'm disappointed, I have ordered from them in the past with great results. These t-shirts were going to be gifts for Coaches/teachers :(

I purchased 4 sweatshirts. Unfortunately the lettering on my sweatshirt was slightly flawed. I will learn how to sew or let my daughter take care of it. The coaches were happy when I presented them their sweatshirts. They look sharp. School pride at my Christian school. Thank you. KC I contacted Prep Sportswear last week after waiting a month for a new sweatshirt. It came this time within a week of my contacting you. Thank you! It looks great and I am sure that the individual I give it to will enjoy it as much as the other coaches did. Thanks again for a quality item.

Ordered 3 shirts on 12/10/21. Their website said I would receive by 12/20/21 when I ordered. Shipped from Lville, Ky on 12/15/21...I received these shirts on 12/27/21. They were Christmas gifts. I sent them an email on 12/26/21 and it took them two and a half days to reply. They need to change who they ship with. Never again!!!
