My mother arrived with knee replacement surgery. She was left alone for over two hours with no water, or bath-rooming assistance. She was asked why she cant just use a bed pan when she asked for a potty chair. She can barely bend her knee must less raise her body up with it. Nurse just walked off without offering any help. The room has no towels or anything.

My sister has been in Ponce after being very ill and hospitalized from pneumonia and other issues. The therapist have been wonderful and worked with her diligently. She is stronger than she has been in a long time. Thank you Ponce staff and therapists .

Not the place for memory care - never was & when my mother's dementia had progressed to behaviors they weren't equipped to handle, I was told she would be moved to another facility. I was led to believe I'd be able to approve the facility & that wasn't the case.

It's horrible you ask question no one seem to know the answers you really see a doctor the employee are loud my friend laid in diaper all day without being change. Very disturbing
