Great store with great staff. They always have great bait and plenty of tackle to get me out on the water and on the fish. They also offer a guide service and kayak demos.

unfortunatly have to give them a bad score, after buying a kayak there, i wanted to add a rudder to it, when i found the manufacturer which is stroke does not even have a phone number to contact them, i reached out to st augustine paddle sports where i bought the kayak, they told me they will get me the rudder since they are a dealer after quite a few messages the owner quit responding to me, as a manager of a large business myself customer service is very important if you want to do good, this place gets 0 stars if i could give them 0. Lesson learned when buying a big purchase whatever it is make sure you can contact the manufacturer and get replacement parts, dont buy one of those knockoff kayaks from st augustine paddle sports. from what i have found out they are well known for selling products that pretty much fall apart or cant be repaired because they come from manufacturers outside of the US thanks for the comment david, guess when someone says the truth and something you dont like you block them from the kayak club, and talk about a sinkhole look at your place worst dump i have ever seen you cant even afford to fix the frozen bait machine outside your store
