It seems you may have missed their point. What seems clear here is that they pay for fast lane access… by the name itself, a consumer would presume that they’ll be moving faster than the pay-as-you-go lane and it is implied they’ll be able access that faster lane at any time. That, however, does not seem to be the case and the month-to-month they’re paying has questionable value when in fact the other line strolls through at a faster pace.

Referencing Mindy Bridge's response, in the last thirty (30), there have been seven (7) outages that I am aware of, to include one (1) access denial, one (1) early closure, three (3) in-line delays I was caught in, and two (2) others where I saw the immovable line out to the street and drove away. Unsure how you've avoided that for as long as you've been attending them, but well done.

It certainly is not. They've not calibrated the machines in awhile it seems either, because recently the flogger pads have been beating the heck out of the vehicle to the point that I thought it would smash the glass. I told so to the 'attendant' who shrugged it off not caring. Additionally, an individual that had been mudding was ahead of me on another run, and they jetted their mud all over my vehicle to which the car wash did not properly remove it (and knicked my windshield since some of it was rock/pebble debris). They simply do not care, so buyer beware.
