It certainly is not. They've not calibrated the machines in awhile it seems either, because recently the flogger pads have been beating the heck out of the vehicle to the point that I thought it would smash the glass. I told so to the 'attendant' who shrugged it off not caring. Additionally, an individual that had been mudding was ahead of me on another run, and they jetted their mud all over my vehicle to which the car wash did not properly remove it (and knicked my windshield since some of it was rock/pebble debris). They simply do not care, so buyer beware.

Yeah I have been using the Tenth and Thompson subscription wash and it has been working out so far for me.
