How do I get ahold of a live person instead of calling the 1855-373 number and waiting 4 and half hours on the phone for some one to answer .that's just flipping crazy and know one still didn't answer the phone.

I was in the same boat. I just went into the office, why you cant get a live person is beyond me. But they are open.
How do I get a hold of an actual human being to make a report about somebody I mean for real come on there ain't no options no nothing for anything that I need on this this deal that I keep calling I need an actual human not a voice recording

Your best bet is just to go to dfs office you will spend hours just waiting on their call line so i would recommend going out to office for all questions or inquiries. Make sure to take all documents with you helps process go faster.
