So one of my children accidentally put a bag of clothes in the recycling bin (by mistake) but this guy had so much time on his hands that he dug through the his rear loader truck in threw all the trash on my curb I can’t believe this is who the city has too deal with for our recycling. How sloppy you should of just left it

They missed picking up my recycling bins and blames me for not putting it out. I know that I put the BINs out the night before they come pick it up and they said that they will review the picture/video. I asked if they can send me that picture so I can make sure that it was my house, but they refuse to. I now know why this company has such a low review. Saint Paul needs to pick a better company or I will stop recycling. Edit: They picked up my trash after looking at the video twice. Also they missed my trash 2 weeks later and said the same thing that I didn't put out the bins. They also came back to get the bins the next day. They need to retrain and get new management.

Not surprised by all the one star reviews here. Terrible service and terrible customer service. They know you are locked into a city contract and care little about doing their jobs because they will get paid regardless.

Yes! 1,2,4,5,7!
Hi Maureen! Old pillows and sheets are not recyclable, any type of textile can be discarded into your waste container. If you take said textiles to any recycling center, they will be rejected as they are not recyclable :)
approximately 60 percent is recyclable plastic. Stuff that has already been recycled cannot be recycled again. They don't repurpose.
If you are using a big blue cart put it in with the recycling they can make it back to where they came from .......
Not in the Midwest. We recycle approximately 85% of the recycling. About 60 here in Minnesota. The stuff that goes to china comes from the east and west coast.
With the roads being icy, they might have pulled their trucks off. I would give them a call.
As long as it is paper only. Not foiled, glittered etc.
Curb or alley placement is key as well. Two feet clear from other objects.
Two feet clear of all objects and placed on curb or bottom of driveway. Alley included, if it's against a gate or garage, will not be picked up.
Never
Clear sturdy bag. Black bags are assumed to be trash.
