I usually don't write reviews but I had a tour scheduled and I could not get a hold of anyone. My husband and I showed up at the the rental office and the call box kept disconnecting our call so we couldn't get in and we called multiple times and no one came to the door to see who keeps calling. No one checked in with me to see if we were still coming to the tour. We kept getting the run around about who to call to get into the property and when we told them we couldn't get into the office because the call box wasn't working they said there was nothing they could do about it even though we were outside already waiting to be let in. Overall the place looked nice on the outside but the management was terrible and very unprofessional. We dodged a bullet by not renting from them. It really showed us what kind of management we would have been dealing with if we had.

No one have contacted me about my last maintenance request. I dont know if my request was completed. No communication at all!!! I called 3 times on Sunday, 2 times to office on Monday, left message for call back - no call back Called Tuesday - no answer for office again I want to know who the maintenance person is who entered my apartment

It depends on timing, if it is during the business day a team member can unlock your home after ID is provided and lease verified. IF it is after hours an emergency work order will need to be placed online or via phone to Anyone Home. An on-call tech will then be alerted and will alert the resident of estimated arrival time. The tech will verify ID for the apartment and will verify a lock out charge of $75.00 with the resident and leave an email or service ticket update with the office.
Yes we do! There are several ways to get help. You can submit a request via the Resident Portal, call the office, send the office an email or use the Anyone Home Call Center.
