Horrible staff, almost inhumane levels of behavior. No compassion and no care for patients or their loved ones. Better off going to Northwestern for your fertility health needs. Avoid this place like the plague!

Horrible experience I just left there with my daughter getting her ultrasound and the ultrasound technician Jennie was rude didn’t show any compassion and appeared to be agitated. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all to no one. The receptionist McKenzie was rude as well. This place can go straight to hell. They prejudice and shouldn’t be working in this field if they can’t be kind to the pregnant women during their ob/gyn visits.

The provider I was seeing left the practice, and the organization did a horrible job of notifying patients. This left me in a position of trying to find a new provider to refill medications. The staff members were not very compassionate or helpful when I called up to try to get scheduled with a different provider. I'll be moving my care from UChicago. I hope Press Ganey sends me a survey, so I can share my experience on there.

Ultimately I had a very positive birth experience with the CNM Mary Heater. The majority of my obstetric care, however, was with Kiyomi Kimble, whose staggering lack of medical knowledge and apparent complete absence of curiosity about her own profession, I believe, make her a danger to her patients.
