I don't understand why there are complaints about calling. If you click through the phone tree properly you will reach someone (press 2 for making an appointment as an established patient and request a callback if needed). I have been able to get virtual and in person appointments very easily. Melissa Sanko has been my PA, and she is hands down the most caring provider I've ever had. She has written me letters with after care instructions and she truly makes me feel listened to and understood with my health concerns. I had an issue that I went through several doctors for since I was 15, and she connected me to the right specialist that helped me cure my problem. For someone like me who uses Medicare, this level of care is very important. Thank you Heartland Health Center.
