September 9th, 2022 is the last day I will ever attend and spend money at this location. They are always under staff of mechanics even though the location has 12 lanes to work. Only 2 are working most of the time. The staff is always horsing around and making wiseman jokes of bad taste to costumers. Yesterday, they had 2 mechanic working and 3 guys horsing around the lobby... Who ever is the manager of this location needs to find a new profession because they seriously lack the managing skills to do so. Save yourself the headache and go to another location.

Richard was incredible on the phone and in person. He is professional and explained everything with great detail and patience. He ordered my tires and got them in earlier than he promised. He even called me to come in earlier than my appointment. I always enjoy visiting this location because everyone is friendly and the location and clean. Nelson is also another great associate at the location. I have a wonderful experience with him previously which is why I had to come back when I had unexpected repairs. I recommend this location to anyone who needs to get their car repaired fast and with great service!
