Good on the part of business owners and employees. Not so good on behalf of the public.
No, it's most always open. Except dangerous weather, ex hurricane. For example today it was 37 degrees this morning. If it were not high winds with a wind-chill, most vendors would have been there.
There is an application online through the St. Augustine Beach Pier Wednesday's Farmers Market.
Every Wednesday that I've been going the Seafood vendor is always there, so I'd say you have a pretty good shot, I go every Wednesday 😉
