Their customer service from a customer standpoint is mediocre at best. Most representatives are friendly. As a seller on their platform, you mean ZERO to them and they don't make mistakes, you do and you had better admit to it, guilty or not. Responses if you get one have taken over 4 months as a seller. Stay away from Amazon.

I have had issues with them. I purchased a water cooler and Amazon had it shipped through USPS. USPS will not deliver to your door. If it wont go in a mail box they will not deliver. Amazon's answer is to reshuo the cooler. Amazon informed me that they have no control over who ships the package. Anybody buying that line? So they will rwship and USOS will not deliver because it will not fit in a mailbox. Thatcus Amazons only option for resolution
Yes actually I've been getting ripped off by Amazon for the last six months they've been charging me up the butt for stuff I've never bought or subscribe to and each time I call to get it refunded now they sent me an email saying my account has been red flagged for too many refunds in one time period so I emailed them back and said all those refunds were because I was being scammed they were fraudulent charges I was angry they told me that there was no fraud that they could see and let the charges go through I would like to sue Amazon for having so many fraudulent charges be taken from me as well as my time and money I had to pay to get a new card every time those card fees to get a new one sent are not cheap
