Terrible place to work! Worst job experience ever. Very high turnover mainly due to bad management. Micromanaged harshly. Managers with prior HIPAA lawsuits by current employees. No HR on site to deal with unethical managers. Have to literally explain to your manager the medical reason you have a doctor's appointment (Hipaa violation). Federal background check required with no drug test!? Trainers are okay but training itself is terrible. Low once a month pay with no overtime for a year while on one year probabtion. High amount of work for very low of pay. More bad managers than good ones. Very depressing cubicle work environment.
