Went in for a covid and flu swab which normally takes 15 to 20 minutes I waited almost two hours just for someone to tell me that they are negative. No reason to do check in online when wait time are that long.

I did an online pre-check-in at noon today and over four hours later, I still have not been notified that it's time for my appointment. I understand places are busy but four hours is wild!

Yes, they just asome. I went to Seton Emergency room on 183. And they did nothing! After I went to Care Now I got treated and cured. I had a very bad UTI.
