Well, its been home for some very dear friends of mine for a very long time and they had NO complaints. SO imma say that they would have to be good landlords or my friends wouldn't have been there that long!!!!! Also, its always tidey. So they all keep up on it. However i havent been thru the whole park. But im sure its all Good!!!

Owner is a great dude and he is also a very fair landlord. Basically one of the best rental experiences of my life.

I don't work or live there but have known people that live there. From what I understand they don't have rentals. They may have something for sale or possibly an empty lot but they seem to be near full capacity. There are some new houses down the road from there with a sign that reads $1,000 down. Not sure of any other details about them.

How much does it cost to move in

Most people own their trailers. Some people sublet talk with the owner or the maintenance guy and I'm sure one of them would know if there are any lots or trailers for sale or rent. Most people dont move from there because the owner is so amazing so it might be hard to get an available space.

My advice is to go through the park and make sure it's where you see your family being where you want to be AND if so go to the office and see...but the mobile home park is a decent one. so just go and see
