Literally in the middle of a outrage and the power has been out for 3+ hours. Within 2 hours they have only restored not even half of a single area. It’s a hot summer with life threatening temps and yet they haven’t put a rush on getting this solved. Having to get my household fanned with plates and damp there foreheads. Wouldn’t recommend living around there area with there services…

Canoochee EMC has always been helpful to my family. Every company has power outages at times, we never have to wait long for power to come back. I see the reviews concerning Hurricane Matthew, the employees were out there every day and night. And now with the tornado in April, Canoochee employees helped Ga power get back on line. These are hard working people, that I believe go out of their way to help their neighbors. Why? Because they are OUR neighbors.

This company located in Reidsville Ga is a complete rip off I don't know how they charge their customers my belief is they make people who pay their bills pay for the ones who don't

So I have an account under my name and social and credit. Cannot reset password because the email acct my wife had she can get access to any longer and they won't let me in my own account to pay the bill. Transfered several times and no one can seem to understand that I can't give them money with access to my own account!

Got phone call today stating that y'all had heard of our mom passing and that she had left "dividends" to me. What does this mean? Person calling said she couldn't discuss how much, just that was a "significant" amount. What does this, mean?

You will need to go to the Canoochee office in Reidsville and ask about the capital credits in your mom's name. They will explain how you need to complete the form necessary to obtain the funds.
