No one answers for emergencies. Power keeps going in and out. They don’t answer calls during normal business hours. I am reporting this to the state tomorrow because as much as I would like to give it a try, I have seen so many issues with responses I can not deal with it anymore. The state needs to know the nonsense going on in Radford Va, not just with electric but with internet, landlords, city officials and slum businesses

This electric company is a joke. Nobody ever answers the phone and now the dam power has been going on and off since the ice storm. It has went off 10 times today. Then you have to reset everything and wait for WiFi to connect. This is such a poor excuse of a company. Can't get in touch with no one. Sad,sad place. Well make that 11 times now and still can't get in touch with no one. What a joke,press 4 for outages after 330 It's busy.lmfao
