Unfortunately, I have been with this company less that a month. I will say within a month span, I have experienced a total of 5 quick outages. I have never seen the power go out so many times. I have reset my microwave and stove so many time which is how I know. And I just experienced one this morning while on my PC. Unacceptable.

I've had Coast Electric for almost 20 years and have had a great experience. The rates are fair, our power seldom goes out, and switching service from one house to another has been flawless.

Power has been out, 108 degrees outside, we have older people in our neighborhood, no one answering, no way to contact them, no emergency number, no way of knowing if they even know the power is out, and the worst part is, we have no option, if we did I would be gone.

Wrost place ever my power is out and it's after hours no way to contact them by phone lvm they get back to you during business hours, no chat hang that up, no online customer care oh and forget the app nothing. Long story short pay your bill options are the only after hours service available.

Mine has went off and on about 15 times now and no one to tell me why or when itll be fixed

Location of service. Prepaid balance has to stay over$25. 45.00 start up fee. Plus taxes but depending on where you're living they might wave the taxes
