Waited 20 min for a customer service rep... didn't finish reporting electric out,,when he hangs up..! Second rep 17 min wait... listens and informs that entire area is out.

This company is HORRIBLE! The electric bills are OUTRAGEOUS! The wait time to speak with a representative is TERRIBLE! They changed the online system to a system that DOES NOT WORK! All I can say is RUN! I’m not sure why they are still in buisness!

On hold for 20 minutes. The moment the wait music turned off and seemed like someone would answer, they hung up. Now on hold for another 30 minutes. Nothing like a monopoly to create terrible customer service and bad pricing.
