All the puzzle pieces are there for a great place to live, however, fitting them in the right positions is a challenge for Morgan Properties. And that is the primary issue, Morgan Properties doesn't give the proper resources to Harborside. I signed a lease on June 16th and the next day I reported my AC broken. Fast forward I cancelled the lease at the end of Sept and the AC in the unit still hadn't been fixed. It's been a LONG summer, insufferable. I kept hearing parts are in or they were never delivered. The story always changed. Regardless, no AC through the hottest part of summer was enough. And with that I couldn't stay for health and safety concerns. The staff was friendly, but outside of that overall the experience was a total nightmare. I tried to be as patient as possible as well as optimistic until I got to a point where it was clear I had to leave. Very sad again given the perfect location and all the possibilities. Yet, Morgan Properties stands in its own way keeping this complex from being great.

This complext has mice problems. Was told my manager its next to a field thats where they come from. wasnt made aware of this when leasing. caught 9 mice in 24 hours! DONT RENT HERE. My niece has an infant and had to be in this infected house with a 5mo old baby.

These apartments are infested with mice. Caught 9 in 24 hour window over two days. So nasty. They running all over the place. Find another place.

This post is coming from a heart that has genuinely been touched by exemplary service from the entire team of Harborside employees! I am living and will continue to live at this resort-style living community. Jackie (leasing manager) is an awesome communicator, has the gift of relatability/ understanding will listen to concerns, and delivers prompt results. She has motivated me through my time of crisis. I am amazed and impressed by the leadership and multi-tasking abilities she possesses. Mrs Patty has a sweet-hearted spirit and happy soul. Every time I’ve come in contact with her she has an uplifting energy, positive attitude, and smile that makes me feel at ease. And last but not least, Kenny ( one man band, maintenance man, lol) is extremely helpful and talented. I have no idea how he manages to keep up such quality service and exudes such patience while juggling all demands of such a humongous community. Hats off to all of you! This community is committed and if anyone thinks otherwise. Then maybe you should get some understanding of all the details involved. Coronavirus, changes of owership, and last but not least Hurricane Ida. This team is strong and works hard. Thank you for all you do!
