Expensive as heck. To expensive to have Cobb webs, trash in front doors, people hanging outside all hours of the night, no gated community and trash pile up because they have one dumpster for the entire complex...the apartments are huge in the inside.

We have lived here for about 8 months in one of the renovated 1 BR apartments. Overall, the apartment itself is nice with only a few issues that are not that detrimental. The community is very quiet with friendly neighbors (for the most part) that keep to themselves. There are rare occasions where you can hear neighbors having arguments/loud conversations (to be expected in an apartment complex, though). However, I have three main criticisms: 1) the value-to-rent is not very high (it feels they are capitalizing by charging a high rate...$1230/mo for 1BR/900 sf during my current lease term, which was tolerable. The new owners, DLP, increased the cost to over $1500/mo making it unreasonable.). I've even seen them list another 1BR on another website for over $1700...that is just absolutely ludicrous and unreasonable. 2) There is only 1 garbage compactor for the entire community. Many times people start piling the trash outside the compactor when it gets full, or simply don't take the time to open the compactor door. I have seen it grow to a mountain of trash. So, if you are on the far side of the complex, you have to take your trash to the other side to dispose of it. 3) Some tenants let there dogs deficate in the lawn of other buildings without picking it up. Having a balcony/patio in that vicinity will expose you to some strong odors at times. UPDATE: Talked with Raquel (Manager) about the rate increase. She is a great person to converse with and understandably she was unable to resolve the absurd increase that the DLP powers want to push. As another reviewer said "This year 25% increase and nothing has changed." Spot on. No added value to justify an increase of this amount.
