I usually go see my brother at awbury view park apartments and when i arrived over there today i saw the police the ambulance and everybody fighting along with gun shots firing off and the kids beating up on the elderly and stealing from them this is not a great place to live

The property managers are very unprofessional and trys to intimidate the tenants and always trying to get over on tenants who are new here also this property have alot of drug activity

Yes, every apartment has windows. The ones that are closest to the ground have security bars, to help prevent idiots from getting in where they shouldn't.

Do not live here landlord is very disrespectful and does not add up your rent money correctly.She reserves apartments for her family while overcharging other residents.Very old apartment with no repairs before you move in.Do not waste your money.
