If you’re thinking of moving in.. please think twice. Since the new company purchased the building, it started to crumble. The best part of this building are the amenities and they’ve started to fall apart and have not been fixed in several months Broken/damage items Hot tub Thread mill Beach chairs outside at least 5 broken taken out and not replaced Cable machine at the gym Be careful people!!

I see many of these reviews and I’m sad that people had an uncomfortable experience. I have only had positive experiences. I had a few issues in my bathroom, as this will happen in any building, and it was immediately taken care of. The GM actually contacted me to make sure I was satisfied. There was also an incident with my heater during the winter and on a Sunday they replaced the entire unit so when I got back from work I was nice and toasty all night. I think the response time is appropriate and everyone has been helpful, courteous and efficient. I really enjoy living here.

I'd give 0 star if I could. Very rude people! We got stuck in their elevator. I have health condition and I told them, but they acted so cool about it. We did not got any apology and they behaved as if they showed mercy to us by reseting the elevator. They said the problem with their elevator is something very normal!!!! If you care about your life, never go there! Very dangerous place with irresponsible staff.

The water is shut off without notice again. As many have said, the management here is horrible. They give such lame excuses for problems. I just need a resolution. The payment/resident portal always has issues as well. Also, the management office frequently closes early than the hours listed. I've been down to the office multiple times between 5:00-5:30 during the week, and it's been closed. The only nice thing about this place is the concierge/front desk. Most are very friendly. After being taken over by a new managment company, this place has gone completely downhill. I cant wait to move out when my lease ends. Almost contemplating on breaking my lease early.
