Not sure they have income requirements, don't quote me believe its subsidized housing. You rent is approximately 30% of your income all bills included except cable & telephone
Yes, there are waiting lists for almost all of the Presbys inspired life living facilities. They are also income, senior and or disabled based living buildings. But there are many all over PA including a seperate facility located on the front side of the building which is called Neumann North but the entrance is located on Frankford ave.
